At Small Press Paws, we provide private, boutique pet care in the heart of Chicago’s Printers Row. Our approach is simple: every dog deserves individualized attention, calm environments, and care tailored to their unique personality.

Our Philosophy

Small Press Paws was built from a lifelong connection to dogs and a deep respect for their emotional well-being. We are intentionally small by design. Limiting the number of pets in our home to one ensures their safety, and focused, one-on-one attention for each of our pup guest’s — welcoming up two a maximum of three boarding or daycare guests (or single family). Whether it’s overnight boarding, daycare, in-home sitting, scheduled neighborhood walks, or grooming care, our goal is the same: help dogs feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their humans are away.

We prioritize structured routines, emotional support, and attentive supervision, so every stay is predictable, comforting, and stress-free.
